The TBT is one of the most important tasks carried out onsite and rarely is training given on how to complete these effectively. This TBT session will provide you with the key skills that will ensure everyone will perform thorough TBTs which can lead to a safer work environment.
The dynamics within the team are vital for effective performance and safe completion of tasks. This coaching will take teams and develop their understanding of Communication, Situation Awareness, Stress Management and Group/Team dynamics.
Non Technical Skills (NTS) can sometimes be overlooked in favour of a focus on the Technical Skills. NTS are just as, if not more, important in improving safety. Our introduction course ensures that people have the core fundamentals to encourage inclusion of these skills in the workplace.
Our consultants are highly experienced in developing and facilitating bespoke safety leadership workshops, training and coaching sessions at all levels. Examples of content include the art and importance of self-reflection, developing coaching and communication skills, Leadership styles, transaction analysis, emotional intelligence, rapport building, creating a just culture and measuring performance.

Following any of our Behavioural Safety sessions our team are able to provide specific tailored feedback to individuals or teams based on the observed performance. This takes the form of individual on site cards or more in-depth reports. These can be used following the sessions to continue learning by providing positives and practical areas to improve.
